The harms of taking slimming medicine

As same as many other kinds of medicine, the slimming capsule can be harmful to humen body when they make effection. So what’s my suggestion about this case? I can only say that people should carefully determine whether you can take the weight loss medicine, and you should consider your own actual situation. And I think it’s the harm problem which prevent some people to take it and turned to fitness workout like P90x workouts.

What kinds of people are fit for the slimming capsules? The very fat people whose weight are exceed a lot of standard level. You can define it as 25% over of standard.

Because at this situation, the fat problem will be the hindering of a proper life style. And it will cause many other disease such like hypertension, diabetes

mellitus,angiocardiopathy. If you really have got a serious fat problem and need to settle right now, then the slimming capsule will be a good choice for you. I think

it is the second choice for your happiness life, if you are not relly prepared for any workout like Insanity fitness or p90x workout.

If you are already a fitness person, I don’t think it’s a good choice to take any slimming capsule. They will be so harmful to your body system. Slimming capsule can

cause hypertension or diabetes. One example was that a woman died 23 days later after taking slimming capsule. The postmortem examination proved that she died for

angiocardiopathy which caused by slimming capsule.

All in all, I really don’t think slimming capsule is a hard thing if you committed. By Insanity dvds and follow up accordingly, you will find some results maybe.

What do we need to take care for running fitnss?

The people who take fitness running, should pay attention to insisting and gradual action. special they should learn to control the workout. In addition, you must learn to “self-control”, this is particularly important. Because sometimes running wish will disappear, we should know the difference of “I donot want to run” from “I can not run”. You should run if you get a sick, but in other cases you should overcome your inertia and insist to take exercise. Just like the Insanity workout program, although it is effective but if you don’t insist on it, you will never get over the gap anyway.

In the beginning of your running, you should limit your speed with the standard of non-uncomfortable feeling. Feeling hard of running could never be a great thing. Sometims you may get some muscle pain after your running, but it’s ok, it is the normal reaction, if you insist to take exercise after a few days this phenomenon will disappear(the same principle as P90x workout).

Don’t make a wild wishe that getting a good result in short time , only the long-term people will improve exercise level. If only do that once a week, running distance running long way that would be no benefits. Because of the disruption in six days, the body will improved into a good status with the effection. Therefore, it will be good to you running three times in a week. If you make a sudden begin and stop exercise for a lont time, then you pick up it again, some undesirable consequence will happen. It is a progressive proceeding. Below is the record which you should keep in your daily diary:

1,The nature of your exercise, content, continuous date and exercise time
2 The feeling and sense before,during and after your exercise
3,Appetite and sleeping status
4 Any desire for continuing to exercise,
5 The pulse condition.
6 What kinds of clother or shoes you weared( Nike shox….) and the sense
According to the analysis of the recording, you should make necessary adjustment. Generally speaking, after running five minutes the pulse shall not exceed 12 times/points, running after 10 minutes the pulse should not exceed 100 times per minute. If the sensor tachycardia,you must reduce your exercise.

Keeping healthy by your diet or taking Insanity program?

Days ago, my friend Charlie asked me where to buy the P90x or Insanity fitness workout. He claimed the reason was that he want to loose weight. Just like that, I have now heard so many complain about the fat problem, so I think it just very necessary to figure out some way to keep a good healthy diet. This maybe a little help if you read the below information.

1, The first principle is to keep diversification of essential nutrients, there are 42 kinds of basic nutrients human need to take. Only through various dietary achieve a balanced diet coule keep health.  Thus, a healthy diet does not mean the monotony of food, the key point is to select and collocation of different kinds.

2, Keeping your diet steady. Adult should take 300 to 400 grams of staple food, including 50-100 grams of roughage, which provide 50 ~ 60% of heat, protein, dietary fibre and B vitamins. But as the developping of society, more and more people choose to eat fast junk food which is harm to human body. So some people will go to gym or do some fitness training program at home to lose weight or slimming. That’s maybe the reason why P90x, Insanity workout can be so popular in world.

3, Remenber to take 200g lean meat every day. Meat, fish, shrimp, eggs, provide proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins A and B vitamins, etc are all ok.Pork content high fat, Chicken, fish, beef and rabbit are all take the same effection. These kinds of food can supply you great fat and energy for your daily action or exercise.

4, Taking one or two cups of mike every day.
Milk is so common in daily life, but some guys will never choose to drink milk, instead they perfer to take a lot of cofffee. Absolutely it’s not a good habbit to drink coffee instead of milk. This is the same principle as you taking Insanity fitness instead of healthy diet.

5, Limit the total fat and cholesterol intake
You can find this point in every where you can see. Fat and cholesterol are harmful to human cardiac and other visceras. Especially if you have a long-term habbit like this.You really need to stop taking these kinds of food right now.

6, Taking more vegetables and fruits

Four good factors in these food:Rich in vitamin and minerals, fiber and a variety of antioxidants.Metabolism and animal food to sustain human acidic,which plays a special role in health. Never mind to take much more vegetables or fruits, they are only could be good to your health.
7, Eating less salt
Some hypertension is caused by salt, this has been proved by scientific research. For some people who taking in too much salt, the salt is as harmful as sugar.
8, Limit your drinking of wine
We donot suggest people getting away from any wine or beer. We just advise you to limit your drinking. Althogh most people know that drinking will not be good to their body or brain, they just can’t help to get away from it. So,you need to committed to this point and control yourself.
9、Keeping your diet reasonable
Don’t stay up late in night, and if you really nead to do so, please kindly remember to take some food and don’t make yourself hungry.

Getting back to the question which asked by my friend. If you do follow my suggestion of your diet, maybe you don’t really need to take some Insanity workout or other fitness program, they are for muscle trainning and weight loss, not for your diet problem at all.
