Nine tips to make you insisting on workout program

I have heard so may people claimed that they don’t have time to do their workout, or they are just too lazy to insit on the programs! (Such like P90x, Insanity workout, Dancing class, gym). Sometimes we need to figure out some ways to do these things, yes! We should not just do things sightlessly, but need to find some methods to make things going well. Here’s some tips about how to make youself insist on doing workout by yourself.

Give youself some awards for the workout
Like if I insist doing workout for a year, I well go to Hawaii. This way was proved to be effective to some lazy people, and people will buy themselves some stuff if they finished what they dreamed of.

Find a reasonable goal
Right one: I will walk 20 minutes every day
Wrong One: I must make more workout, or I must loose 20kgs by doing Insanity fitness workout!
These will not be helpful at all.

Keeping make record of your workout program
Research proved that people who took more records will lose double weight than those who didnot. The content of record should includ the workout ways, workout times, workout distance, the energy burned, the place, the psychological states…

Do workout as best as you can try
You can do this anytime, at any where if you are too busy to start your workout.

Never do workout along, find some friends to join you
It is much effective for doing workout with your friends. But this is not to tell you that all friend will do this for you. You need to find the right one.

The workouts should be Multi
Don’t just do the workout which you like, For example, there are severial workouts in Insanity, If you just finish one or two, I suppose you can’t get your goal at all. Just try to do some more.

Don’t pause your workout program and keep it going on
You should take workouts as a daily habbit, at least don’t stopped longer than two days.

Make a Plan B for yourself
If you have already missed the first scheme, then you can do the alternative one.

Please ensure your must get some time for your workout program
I have heard too much voices that claimed they didn’t get enough time to do workout, but the only thing I suggest is just take a second to think about it, are you really so busy?
