Sometimes we need to figure out some ways to do these things, yes! We should not just do things sightlessly, but need to find some methods to make things going well. Here’s some tips about how to make youself insist on doing workout by yourself.

Give youself some awards for the workout

Find a reasonable goal
Right one: I will walk 20 minutes every day
