How to prevent heatstroke in this hot summer?

Summer comes, the weather is so hot, how to prevent heatstroke? Here introduced the common methods of preventing sunstroke you may want to take a look.

Heatstroke is refers to the human body temperature under the environment of high temperature adjustment function disorder caused by the central nervous system and circulating system obstacle for the main performance of acute disease. Besides the strong sunlight, temperature, working intensity and long time work, lack of sleep, excessive fatigue, etc are common causes.

How to prevent heatstroke:

1.Avoid goint out with in strong sunshine
Remember to take sunshine preventing tools before you go out in summer. You’d better not walk in sunshine between 10.00am and 16.00 pm, because the sunshine is most strong in the period. If you have to do this,you must do protective work, such as bring sunshade, wear sunbonnet, wear sunglasses,and prepare enough water drinks. Also you should take some hot prevent medicine with you just in case. You should  choose cotton, hemp, silk fabrics colothes for going out, and should wear less chemical fibber category, lest sweated clothing, which cannot promptly heat stroke.。

2.People with chronic disease, pregnant, who have cardiovascular disease, especially in high season should go out as less as possible in hot summer.

3.Donot take drinks until you are very thirsty. Thirsty means that you body is already out of water, it’s too late to drink water then. People should always drink 1.5-2 liters of water every hot day. If you need to go out, you should also take some salt. In summer, vegetables, such as lettuce and tomatoes, cucumber, which contain the moisture content of higher, Fresh fruit, such as the peach and apricot, watermelon, melons, etc for 80-90% of the moisture content, can be used to supplement moisture. In addition, dairy products are good to humen body too, which can satisfy the physical and filling of nutrition.

4.Ensure you have enough sleeping
In summer day time is longer than night, the temperature is always high.The body’s metabolism, consumption are large, so people will easy to feel tired. Sufficient sleep, can make the brain and body of each system relaxed, and can make you keeping cool down.
