Summer comes, the weather is so hot, how to prevent heatstroke? Here introduced the common methods of preventing sunstroke you may want to take a look.

Heatstroke is refers to the human body temperature under the environment of high temperature adjustment function disorder caused by the central nervous system and circulating system obstacle for the main performance of acute disease. 1.Avoid goint out with in strong sunshine

3.Donot take drinks until you are very thirsty. Thirsty means that you body is already out of water, it’s too late to drink water then. People should always drink 1.5-2 liters of water every hot day. If you need to go out, you should also take some salt. In summer, vegetables, such as lettuce and tomatoes, cucumber, which contain the moisture content of higher, Fresh fruit, such as the peach and apricot, watermelon, melons, etc for 80-90% of the moisture content, can be used to supplement moisture. In addition, dairy products are good to humen body too, which can satisfy the physical and filling of nutrition.

4.Ensure you have enough sleeping
In summer day time is longer than night, the temperature is always high.The body’s metabolism, consumption are large, so people will easy to feel tired. Sufficient sleep, can make the brain and body of each system relaxed, and can make you keeping cool down.

What should men take take care of in gym program?

I know that you had dreamed of having good body shape and slimming body, and all what you need is commmitment. But when you say “I donot want to take Insanity workout or any other workout!”  Maybe you can do somethign in gym, after all you can be conducted by a rellly man, not just the Insanity dvd. So I will list you some knowlege or tips for your easy follow up when doing your gym program.

1. You need to do workout about one hour each time and three or four times each week.

2. If your time is really limited, donot forget to do a 10minutes mini-workout everyday. These slightness exercise will make you fell better and help the muscle to work better.

3. The exercise time is not limited in morning. You should choose your own time. The muscle is not that “hot” in morning, so you can do it later.

4. If you do it in early morning, you may eat a few food before do it, this will help you to loose weight! But make sure you feel good about it.

5. Workout is no thte main reason of energy costing with human body. Metabolism will cost most of your energy you taken from food. So you just need to do more workout like crazy Insanity fitness workout.

6. Endurance exercises will cost much more energy than trenuous exercise. So the running and swimming are good choices for you.

7. It’s useless for you to just work on one part of you body. Workout program should be reasonable and moderate, you can’t just focus on one part.If so, the slimming will not effective.

I have heard so may people claimed that they don’t have time to do their workout, or they are just too lazy to insit on the programs! (Such like P90x, Insanity workout, Dancing class, gym). Sometimes we need to figure out some ways to do these things, yes! We should not just do things sightlessly, but need to find some methods to make things going well. Here’s some tips about how to make youself insist on doing workout by yourself.

Give youself some awards for the workout
Like if I insist doing workout for a year, I well go to Hawaii. This way was proved to be effective to some lazy people, and people will buy themselves some stuff if they finished what they dreamed of.

Find a reasonable goal
Right one: I will walk 20 minutes every day
Wrong One: I must make more workout, or I must loose 20kgs by doing Insanity fitness workout!
These will not be helpful at all.

Keeping make record of your workout program
Research proved that people who took more records will lose double weight than those who didnot. The content of record should includ the workout ways, workout times, workout distance, the energy burned, the place, the psychological states…

Do workout as best as you can try
You can do this anytime, at any where if you are too busy to start your workout.

Never do workout along, find some friends to join you
It is much effective for doing workout with your friends. But this is not to tell you that all friend will do this for you. You need to find the right one.

The workouts should be Multi

7 unconspicuous life details lead you to fat

Some bad habbits exisit in our daily life which will result in easily become fat. But the key point is that some people still pay little attention to these details. See below information, and find what you need to improve.
1.Bad mood
Not saying that people will be always good moods, but you just really donot need to keep that lasting for a long time. When humen body stimulated for external factors by bad things, it wil cause metabolic disorders, imbalance,and your weight increase. Liver will be hurt by the bad mood, so the excess energy will be storaged by fat.

2.Lack of sleep
You need to get eight hours sleep everyday for your normal metabolism. If not, the metabolism will be disorder, and that will absulutely not the healthy way for life.

3.Too much fast food
I know it’s fast and convenient. But if do care about your weight, just stop eating fast junk food. Junk food have single nutrition, most are high starch and grease, which are the enemies of humem body. Especially like chips and instant noodles.

5.High-technique food
